The vivid colours of the Australian outback are on show with these beautiful pots by artist Lindsay Muir. Up to 6 different clays are used for the texture and red ochre colours of these desert landscapes.
Lindsay has developed techniques to combine all these clays successfully while keeping the white clay at the top of the pot during the wheel thrown process. The coloured glazes are applied to this area for the stunning desert skies.-
